Enrollment is on an annual basis. Class meets three days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) from 9:30am – 3:00pm. Parents can choose from 2-day (W, Th) or 3-day (M, W, Th) options, based on availability. Class meets for 32 weeks per school year.
2017-18 School Year Tuition and Fees*
Annual Registration & Processing Fee: $100 per child
Annual Materials & Snack Fee: $250 per child

A $300 non-refundable tuition deposit is required at the time of enrollment.
Billing processing fee: $45 per family (waived for families paying in full in 2 payments)
Optional Annual Portfolio Evaluation: $30 per child
There is a 10% discount for each additional sibling enrolled in the program.
Payment Plan: Tuition is payable in 10 equal installments, due July 2017 – April 2018.
Pre-payment: There is a 10% tuition discount for payment in full by July 2017.
- Enrollment at Montessori Forest is on an annual basis, not monthly or by semester. If the payment plan option is selected, payment is expected for the entire school year.
- No tuition refunds will be granted for early withdrawal from the program, or for student absences, whether due to illness, travel or other reasons. Make-up days cannot be offered for absences, regardless of the reason for the absence.

Full Terms & Conditions
Section 1: Description and Scope of Services
(a) Montessori Forest is a part-time Montessori homeschool enrichment program for homeschooled children. This self-directed program will focus on particular areas of study identified by the student and/or parent or guardian.
(b) Montessori Forest is strictly an enrichment program designed to supplement an established home education program. Montessori Forest is not a school, private school, or umbrella school, and participation in the program is not intended to replace the home education program of the parent or guardian. Montessori Forest is not a private tutoring program as defined in Section 1002.43, Florida Statutes.
(c) The parent or guardian remains fully responsible for compliance with the home education program requirements as specified in Section 1002.41, Florida Statutes, including, but not limited to:
- notifying the district school superintendent of intent to establish and maintain a home education program;
- maintaining a portfolio of records and materials consisting of a log of educational activities and samples of student works; and
- providing an annual education evaluation documenting the student’s educational progress. (Montessori Forest can provide the required annual education evaluation for an additional fee, but the evaluation is not included in the annual costs below.)
Section 2: Annual Tuition and Fees for 2017-18
(a) Annual Registration Fee – $100 per child due upon enrollment (non-refundable)
(b) Materials and Snack Fee – $250 per child due upon enrollment
(c) Tuition Deposit – a $300 non-refundable tuition deposit (to be applied towards tuition) is due upon acceptance to reserve your child’s place in the program.
(d) Annual Tuition, class meets from 9:30 to 3:00, for 32 weeks per year.
- $4,000 – three (3) days per week
- $3,000 – two (2) days per week
Section 3: Payment Terms
(a) Payment Plan: Tuition is due in ten (10) equal installments on the 15th of the month, July 2017 – April 2018.

(b) A ten percent (10%) tuition discount is available for tuition paid in full by July 15, 2017 for fall semester, and by December 15, 2017 for spring semester. The $45 processing fee paid to TADS is waived for families that pay for the entire year in one or two payments.
(c) A ten percent (10%) tuition discount is available for each additional sibling enrolled in the program.
(d) A late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged if the child is not picked up within 5 minutes of the stated dismissal time (3:00pm).

Section 4: No Warranties
Montessori Forest makes no promises, guarantees, or warranties with regard to a student’s understanding or performance as a result of any instruction or tutoring provided.
Section 5: Termination
Montessori Forest will make every effort to ensure that the homeschool enrichment program is a positive and rewarding experience for all involved. However, Montessori Forest reserves the right to discontinue service to students in the case of, but not limited to, severe behavioral issues or lack of effort.
